CHAT ROOM HELP

++ Registered Users: Live Chat users that register have full access to all room features. Login and passwords are both case sensitive and can contain up to 35 characters including spaces. As a registered user, only you can login with your screen name.

++ Guest Users: Guest users have access to some room features excluding reserving your live chat screen name, buddy lists and permanently setting avatars, profiles, etc. You can login with any available live chat screen name so long as it is not already in use or password protected by a registered user and free of vulgarity.

++ Windows Systems: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (download);Netscape Communicator 4.74 or higher (download) with Java Enabled (Edit/Preferences/Advanced); AOL 5.0 or higher (download)

++ Macintosh Systems: Apple MRJ installed (download); Internet Explorer 5 or higher (download) with Java Enabled (Edit/Preferences/Web Browser/Java); Netscape MRJ Plugin Installed (download) (installation instructions); Netscape Communicator 4.76 or higher (download)

Mac Netscape 6 is not supported. AOL browsers may not display custom avatars.

MATCHMAKER HELP

++ Login Problems: The login and password fields are both case sensitive, make sure you are entering both items exactly as you did when registering. After entering the correct login and password you must click the login button, pressing enter will not work. If you can not remember your password you will need to send an email to Webmaster@BiTribune.com from the same email address used to register your account
